This e-learning experience uses the 4-Door Model to address the lack of positive behavioral interventions on the playground at an elementary school.

Following the ADDIE model; I conducted a Needs Analysis, set goals and objectives, designed learning personas, created a gamified learning experience using Spatial, formative and summative assessments with Nearpod, finalizing with user feedback through a Google Forms survey.

The learner could enter the library where they would find informational material on PBIS methods, the playground where they could put the methods into use through drawing and matching activities, the cafe where students can discuss their findings through discussions and the DMV where students complete the summative assessment.

Ultimately, this gamified e-learning experience walks Playground Supervisors through recalling past disciplinary experiences, developing an understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventional Supports (PBIS) and implementing PBIS methods learned on the playground with students.
